Chalet 1597 stands as a premier choice for those seeking refined accommodations in Lech. Meticulously preserving its original elements, the chalet's proprietors have seamlessly blended opulent textiles and furnishings with vintage components and antiquities, fashioning an enchanting alpine residence that exudes elegance.
Nestled within Lech's Stubenbach region, the chalet conveniently allows for skiing from the Rüfikoft ski area to its vicinity via a designated off-piste route. This tri-level dwelling accommodates up to 12 guests across five expansive en-suite bedrooms. The primary suite offers an expansive drawing/study area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom graced by a freestanding bathtub. Sunlight graces the chalet's terrace throughout the day, perfectly positioned to capture the awe-inspiring panoramic vistas.
Aperitifs take on a dramatic air within the chalet's traditional stone cave and wine cellar before an exquisite dinner unfolds in the grand dining hall, comfortably seating up to 14 diners. Post-dinner, one can retreat to the snug living space or indulge in cinematic entertainment within the dedicated theater room.
Moreover, the chalet boasts a spa haven, featuring a bio sauna alongside a relaxation zone, providing the ideal locale to witness the sunset painting the stunning mountain panorama of Lech. With an inviting private massage chamber and an outdoor hot bath, weary muscles find respite after conquering the slopes.
Upon entry, the ground floor welcomes you either into a winter wet room or directly into the inviting living area. The winter wet room features boot warmers and a separate guest lavatory. Within the dining area, a fireplace imparts warmth and charm, served by a well-appointed kitchen. The cozy living room showcases a traditional Tyrolean stube for heating. Accessed from here, the chic cinema room offers an entertainment hub, especially appealing to younger guests.
The ground floor also hosts the spa precinct, home to the bio sauna and a glass-encased relaxation oasis. An expansive twin/double bedroom, complete with dressing space and en-suite bathroom, graces this level.
Ascending from the dining area, a staircase leads to the upper corridor, adorned with spaces for card games and reading. Four bedrooms grace this level: the first master suite (Emperor Bed) with a dedicated sitting area and en-suite bath and shower room; a second master suite (Emperor Bed) with an en-suite shower room; a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room; and an enchanting en-suite children’s room adorned with four single beds.
