Chalet Maria Schnee. Chalet Maria Schnee stands proudly in the exclusive Nasserien area of St. Anton, presenting itself as a picturesque, standalone alpine retreat. This exceptional chalet spans three floors, offering over 550 square meters of opulent mountain living. It serves as an idyllic winter haven for groups of friends or large families, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 15 guests across its seven bedrooms.

Positioned impeccably, the chalet is a mere few minutes walk from the lift station, and when snow conditions are favorable, you can ski to and from it with ease. The heart of St. Anton is just a leisurely ten-minute stroll away. Originally constructed in 1978 by the renowned World Cup alpine skiing champion Gertrud Gabl and her family, the chalet underwent a complete renovation when acquired by its new owners.

Upon entering the chalet, you step into its primary living area. Here, you'll find an expansive drawing room, an open-plan living and dining space with a sunken sitting area, and floor-to-ceiling French windows that open onto the southwest-facing terrace. The large open fireplace and the warm, sumptuous fabrics create the ideal ambiance for relaxation, unwinding, or entertaining following a day on the slopes. Throughout the chalet, numerous rooms capitalize on breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The main dining table accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. From the living area, massive oak sliding doors lead into the spacious kitchen, which seamlessly blends Tyrolean woodwork, contemporary art, and modern steel appliances. In addition to the main dining area for 12, there is an additional breakfast table in the kitchen, perfect for children's meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a twin/double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a guest toilet is also conveniently located on this floor.

A staircase from the main hallway leads to the first floor. A cozy alcove opens off the side of the staircase, featuring built-in wooden benches adorned with fur and a concealed cupboard stocked with Schnapps glasses. Also, nestled between the ground and first floors, there is another twin/double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the contemporary master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a sunny terrace boasting views over the St. Anton Valley.

One of the other twin/double bedrooms has been transformed from an old Tyrolean "zirben-stube" and retains antique carvings as well as a fully functional traditional stove. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a further twin/double bedroom and a quad bunk room, one with a private bathroom and the other with a private shower room. All bathrooms are finished to the highest standards, with materials like limestone and oak or black stone and grey tadellakt. The floors throughout the chalet, including the library and doors, have been crafted from 300-year-old oak planks.

The lower ground floor boasts an additional twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sunny 40-square-meter playroom on this floor serves as the perfect space for entertaining children and can also be converted into a high-tech cinema room. Furthermore, there's a splendid sauna/steam room that comfortably accommodates four people, complete with a separate shower area and toilet. The lower ground floor also houses a laundry room, a professional kitchen, and a ski locker.

Lastly, the chalet offers a garage with space for one car and two additional external parking spaces.
