The entry level features a bedroom with a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom.
The main floor boasts an open concept design encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces. There's plenty of seating available, including a new custom dining table for formal dining and additional seating at the kitchen bar. You can cozy up by the large woodburning fireplace or enjoy a summer BBQ on the front patio, which offers breathtaking views of Whistler Mountain and the Tantalus mountain range. On this floor, you'll also find another master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to the spacious and fully stocked kitchen, there's a new spa area complete with an infrared sauna, space for yoga or massage, and access to the hot tub.
Upstairs, you'll discover a den/TV room and three bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds with an ensuite bathroom, another bedroom offers a king bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds.
In the games room, equipped with a billiard table, two additional smaller bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other has a double bed. This level also provides access to the back patio, which is nestled into the rock face. This serene outdoor space features an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace, a hammock, and a small firepit with seating.
The property includes a garage with space for one small vehicle or storage, along with a board waxing station. Additionally, the heated driveway can accommodate three more vehicles, making it convenient for days with heavy snowfall.
Renovations were completed in November 2018, including Sonos surround sound throughout the house, Nest heating that can be controlled wirelessly, new lighting, window coverings, decorative finishes, and artwork.
