Chalet Cascades is crafted to fully embrace its stunning setting. Overlooking the breathtaking Dranse Valley and the majestic Pointe de Nyon, this property is conveniently located just a short walk from the Telepherique de Nyon and moments away from Morzine town center.
Spanning 350m² across three floors, the chalet accommodates 10+2 guests in five beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a chic kitchen-diner, a cozy lounge, and a separate bar. Glass sliding doors in each space lead to a covered wrap-around balcony, offering spectacular views of the valley.
On the middle floor, you’ll find three en suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the valley. This level also includes a large cinema and games room, ideal for unwinding with a movie after a day on the slopes, or for kids to relax and play.
The lower floor houses the final two en suite bedrooms - one with a twin/double bed and two additional bunk beds. Both rooms have direct access to the rear terrace. This level also features a thoughtfully designed gym and sauna area, leading out to a terrace with a hot tub, where you can savor the stunning views while enjoying a cocktail or a glass of bubbles.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 71 days prior to arrival, 30% of gross rental is forfeited. For cancellation between 69 and 37 days or less, 80% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 36 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
