Chalet Les Etrennes in Verbier - Swiss Alps, is a beautiful six-bedroom luxury chalet in Verbier. Ideally located on the south facing Savoleyres side, the chalet has sublime views encompassing the village below, the pistes of Verbier and the imposing Mont-Blanc massif. The four-story home sleeps eight guests, making it a perfect mountain retreat for families and friends. The pistes are just a short drive away, or guests can take the complimentary bus service which stops at the end of the road (250m walk).
You enter the chalet into a spacious hallway which links the private garage, pantry and ski room. This floor is equipped with large closets providing plenty of space for all your ski wear, skis and boots.
The first flight of stairs leads you up to the games and entertainment room. Here you will find an extensive collection of books and movies, the perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. For those wanting to soothe aching muscles sink, the indoor hot tub is also on the first floor. The bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. They are all extremely spacious, have en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and access to either a terrace or balcony.
Entertaining and socializing happens on the top floor. The stair case opens out into the large open plan living and dining area. Large sofas, a day bed and sumptuous arm chairs surround the grand stone fireplace whilst a discreetly placed TV is also a feature. Double height ceilings offer generous natural lighting and breathtaking views over Verbier. In the evening, whilst the lights of Verbier glisten in the distance, guests can enjoy an aperitif in front of the roaring fire before sitting down to a candle lit dinner.
The dining table can sit 10 people comfortably and is separated from the well equipped kitchen by a breakfast bar. For those wishing to catch up on some work, there is a quiet office also on this floor, and if the kids want to have their own space there is a mezzanine chill out area in the eaves of the roof.
Bedroom 1: First floor bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: First floor bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Second floor master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing area, access to terrace which leads to the outdoor hot tub and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 4-6: Second floor bedroom with a double bed, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and wc. 2 guests maximum.

From the 1st of April 2021 onwards if the Client must cancel their booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE the Clients will have the following options:
- a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone their reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
- b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services costs) e.g. if the value of the original booking was 10,000 for a March week and the Clients wish to book the Christmas week which is 20,000 the Clients would be required to pay the balance.
- c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services and excludes any 3rd party services).
- d) The client can also decide to receive a cash refund for their booking if the balance payment has been received. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
