Christiania Apartment 4 provides a rare opportunity to rent a spacious apartment for two people. It is perfect for a couple who wants to relax and unwind in style. Set over one floor, you enter the apartment into the main hallway. From here you can access the the spacious bedroom suite, with dressing area, en-suite bathroom, TV and wonderful sun drenched terrace. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or a double and also has a flat screen TV and safe.
The main hallway also opens out into the light and spacious living area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the dining table sits two people comfortably should you wish to dine-in during your stay. There is also a large, private laundry room with washer and dryer.
There is a large comfy sofa and stylish seating area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of champagne after a hard days skiing. This apartment features a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access for your convenience and entertainment. Light floods into the apartment through the floor to ceiling glass doors. They open out onto the south facing terrace which looks out towards the magnificent Matterhorn.
As a guest in the Christiania residence you will have access to the complex’s gym which is full of all the latest technology and equipment. There is also a massage room should you wish to enjoy a in-chalet massage during your stay. On this ground floor there is also a large ski room for the building.
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a double bed (can be converted to two single beds), WiFi, TV, desk, dressing area, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
From the 1st of April 2021 onwards if the Client must cancel their booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE the Clients will have the following options:
- a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone their reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
- b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services costs) e.g. if the value of the original booking was 10,000 for a March week and the Clients wish to book the Christmas week which is 20,000 the Clients would be required to pay the balance.
- c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services and excludes any 3rd party services).
- d) The client can also decide to receive a cash refund for their booking if the balance payment has been received. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
