Entering from the central living area of the magnificent 7 Heavens building, you step into the chalet on the ground floor, home to the private ski room with a guest restroom. An elevator runs through the property, facilitating easy movement.
The first floor creates an ambiance of a serene mountain retreat, exuding a harmonious blend of simplicity and cozy alpine-inspired features. Here, three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, offer respite. Two of the bedrooms feature small dressing rooms, while all offer private balconies that unveil captivating views of Zermatt. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
