The main rail route is via the TGV station in Nice from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport). Direct international trains arrive there from Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Basel and Munich etc. Paris to Nice is 4 hours and Paris to Marseilles or Aix en Provence is 3 hours.
