The first stop is the famous Palmilla Natural Pool, a shallow sandbank surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise water and known for its starfish. From there, continue to Costa Romántica, a beautiful white-sand beach on Saona Island within Cotubanamá National Park. Palmilla Natural Pool is a shallow sandbank with clear water, ideal for swimming and relaxing. As it is a popular stop, it may also be busy during peak periods. Water depth and conditions may vary depending on tides and weather.
Saona Island is a popular destination and can be busier on weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel periods. Seaweed conditions can vary seasonally and are outside the provider’s control.
Costa Romantica Beach offers a more relaxed beach stop, although sea and beach conditions can change depending on weather and season.
*Important Note: Ground transportation from Punta Cana to Bayahibe typically takes approximately 50 min to 1 hour each way. Charters departing from Bayahibe to Isla Saona Island should therefore be considered a full-day experience. If you want to book round trip transportation please note that in Additional Request field upon booking.

Accommodation details should be provided upon booking so transportation availability and any applicable surcharges can be confirmed prior to the tour.
If arriving with your own transportation, please meet at Carr. Bayahibe 1, Bayahíbe 23000, Dominican Republic. The exact departure dock and coordinates will be provided upon booking confirmation. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure and meet the crew at the confirmed Bayahibe dock. If you arrive before the crew, please remain at the designated meeting point.
Bring: Swimwear, Towel, Reef-safe sunscreen, Camera or GoPro, Water Shoes (some beach entries are rocky), Valid ID for check-in, Cash for gratuities and extras

Expecting mothers are advised not to participate in this excursion. Guests who choose to participate do so at their own risk.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Guests with reduced mobility should provide details of any mobility requirements in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking. As boarding and disembarking may require assistance depending on dock and sea conditions, the provider will be consulted in advance and guests will be informed accordingly.

Vendor/partner does not provide medical, travel, or accident insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.
During excursions, photographs or videos may be taken by Operators or crew. By participating, you grant permission for such images to be used for: Marketing, Social media, Promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the Operator before departure.
If the tour cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.
Failure to appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time constitutes a no-show and is non-refundable

Sargassum may be present in coastal waters and on beaches in the Dominican Republic, particularly during the warmer months, generally from May through October, with higher concentrations often occurring during the summer. The amount and location of sargassum can vary significantly from day to day depending on weather, winds, currents, and sea conditions. As this is a natural phenomenon, its presence cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance and may affect beaches or swimming areas visited during the charter.

Full payment is required at reservation. You may be required to sign an additional liability waiver provided by the Operator before participating.

Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
