Any representative services and/or VIP Arrival and Departure services that take place between midnight and 6.00am will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the contracted rates. Payable on site.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:- VIP Fast Track Arrival Service - the clients will be met by the Fast Track agent at the Arrivals Hall entrance just before Immigration with signage of their names
- VIP Fast Track Departure Service - the clients will be met by the Fast Track agent on entry of the check-in hall with signage of their names
- St George's Suite Arrival Service - the clients will be met from the aircraft with signage of their names
- St George's Suite Departing Guests - guests should meet the representative at the airline check-in desk. Please make sure that the time you choose at booking is the check-in arrival time
Additional Notes:- IMPORTANT: The guests using the St George's Suite Arrival Service have to provide passport and luggage images at least two days before the travel dates.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.

Cancellation Policy- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
