• The climb up Dunn’s River Falls requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Guides are available to help, and climbers usually form human chains for added support. Water shoes with good grip are essential.
• Non-swimmers can enjoy the tour, especially at Dunn’s River Falls where the main activity is climbing the falls. At Blue Hole, there are shallow areas for wading, and life jackets are typically provided for those who want to swim but aren’t confident in deep water.
• Children can participate, however, parents should ensure their children are comfortable in water and supervise them closely. Life jackets are available for children at both locations.
