With fast-track arrival, guests get an expedited experience while moving through customs, immigration, and airport security. There is a family lounge and even a game room for teenagers.
When departing with fast track, guests have access to a spacious club and lounge as well as snacks and drinks. Several mini-spa treatments are available for an additional cost. Departures give you access to shower and changing facilities, a Jamaican cultural exhibit, and free phone calls to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Choose both arrival and departure services to ensure you’re taken care of from the beginning to the end of your vacation.

IMPORTANT: On departure, Club Mobay Services do not include airline check-in. After the guests have successfully comleted their respective airline check-in, they will be invited to proceed to the Club Mobay Fast Track where the VIP Departure Lounge Experience begins.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrivals: Upon disembarking, proceed to the bottom of the ramp where your Club Mobay Representative will be waiting with a personalized sign. Your representative will guide you through the VIP Immigration Priority Lane and remain close by to assist with any questions. After Immigration, you will be escorted to the Baggage Hall for luggage assistance and through the VIP Priority lane in Customs. You will be escorted to the Club Mobay Arrivals Lounge for complimentary refreshments. If your hotel offers an arrival lounge or pre-arranged transportation, your representative will escort you there.
- Departures: Guest have to check- in with the airline at their arrival to the airport. After you have successfully completed your respective airline check-in, exit the check-in area, look for the Club Mobay signs near Desk 28 and the entrance to security. Present your travel documents and your Club Mobay letter containing your QR code to confirm your reservation. (Note: You cannot access the VIP priority lane or the lounge without this letter and QR code.) Proceed through the dedicated VIP priority lane located on the left side of the checkpoint. Once through security, follow the directional signs to the Club Mobay Departure Lounge where you will be warmly welcomed. Upon arrival at the Club Mobay Departure Lounge, scan your QR code at the eGates for a seamless entry experience. We recommend guests to get to the airport 2-3 hours prior to their flight, just to allow themselves enough time to check in with their airline and utilize the services prior to boarding.
Additional Notes: Any updates to flight schedules must be communicated in advance. Revised timings are subject to availability; if the new time cannot be accommodated, a refund will be issued.

- Cancellation policy: 30% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
