When departing with fast track, guests have access to a spacious club and lounge as well as snacks and drinks. Several mini-spa treatments are available for an additional cost. Departures give you access to shower and changing facilities, a Jamaican cultural exhibit, and free phone calls to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. IMPORTANT: On departure, Club Mobay Services do not include airline check-in. After the guests have successfully comleted their respective airline check-in, they will be invited to proceed to the Club Mobay Fast Track where the VIP Departure Lounge Experience begins.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrivals: guests will be greeted at the Club Mobay meeting point, below the ramp, upon disembarking the plane, by a dedicated VIP representative, holding the signage with guest's last name on it.
- Departures: Guest have to check- in with the airline at their arrival to the airport. Only after guests have successfully completed their respective airline check-in, they will be invited to proceed to the Club Mobay fast track where the VIP departure Lounge Experience begins. We recommend guests to get to the airport 2-3 hours prior to their flight, just to allow themselves enough time to check in with their airline and utilize the services prior to boarding

- Cancellation policy: 30% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
