With fast-track arrival, guests get an expedited experience while moving through customs, immigration, and airport security. There is a family lounge and even a game room for teenagers.
When departing with fast track, guests have access to a spacious club and lounge as well as snacks and drinks. Several mini-spa treatments are available for an additional cost. Departures give you access to shower and changing facilities, a Jamaican cultural exhibit, and free phone calls to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Choose both arrival and departure services to ensure you’re taken care of from the beginning to the end of your vacation.

IMPORTANT: On departure, Club Kingston Services do not include airline check-in. After the guests have successfully completed their respective airline check-in, they will be invited to proceed to the Club Kingston Fast Track where the VIP Departure Lounge Experience begins.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrivals: Upon deplaning, look for your Club Kingston Representative holding a sign with your name. Your representative will help ensure your arrival documents are completed correctly and guide you through the priority processing steps. You will be escorted through Customs with support provided throughout. After clearing Customs, you will be guided to the Club Kingston Arrivals Lounge to relax and enjoy refreshments.
- Departures: Guest have to check- in with the airline at their arrival to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, complete your standard airline check-in. After check-in, go directly to the security screening area. Once you clear security, proceed upstairs and follow the signs to the Club Kingston Lounge, located to the right after the escalator. Present your Club Kingston confirmation with your QR code (digital or printed) to the Club Kingston team to gain access.
We recommend guests to get to the airport 2-3 hours prior to their flight, just to allow themselves enough time to check in with their airline and utilize the services prior to boarding.
Additional Notes: Any updates to flight schedules must be communicated in advance. Revised timings are subject to availability; if the new time cannot be accommodated, a refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 30% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
