Departures give you access to shower and changing facilities, a Jamaican cultural exhibit, and free phone calls to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrivals: guests will be greeted at the Club Kingston meeting point, below the ramp, upon disembarking the plane, by a dedicated VIP representative, holding the signage with the guest's last name on it.
- Departures: Guest have to check- in with the airline at their arrival to the airport. Only after guests have successfully completed their respective airline check-i, they will be invited to proceed to the Club Mobay fast track where the VIP departure Lounge Experience begins. We recommend guests to get to the airport 2-3 hours prior to their flight, just to allow themselves enough time to check in with their airline and utilize the services prior to boarding.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 30% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
