Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Private round trip transportation can be booked at an additional cost. If you decide to handle your own transportation, please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour starts. All tours are leaving from Marina V&V, Punta Sam
- Bring: Sunscreen, Swimwear, Hat or Cap, Sunglasses, Camera, Personal Items
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- 20% is non-refundable upon booking.
- If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days prior to the experience, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation is made between 24 hours and 6 days prior to the experience, a 70% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the experience, no refund will be provided.
- No shows: if the client doesn't arrive at the marina on the scheduled day and time of the activity, no refund will be provided.
