Airport Arrivals:
Your driver will text confirm with you the night before arriving at the airport. After receiving your luggage, follow the ground transportation signs to the lower level to meet your shuttle driver curbside at 5A the designated area for resort shuttles and Limos.
Departures:
Your driver will text confirm with you the night before your airport departure.
Additional Notes: If travelling with children, please indicate this in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking and specify the number of car seats or booster seats required.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
