Boat departure is from Bayahibe. Guests will be picked up from and returned to their hotel. Round-trip transportation is included from most areas within the Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, and Bayahibe. Guests staying outside these areas may be subject to an additional transportation fee. Accommodation details should be provided upon booking so transportation availability and any applicable surcharges can be confirmed prior to the tour.

The amount and location of sargassum can vary significantly from day to day depending on weather, winds, currents, and sea conditions. As this is a natural phenomenon, its presence cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance and may affect beaches or swimming areas visited during the charter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
