At around 10:00 am, board a private catamaran at La Romana Marina for a full-day excursion to either Isla Saona or Isla Catalina - the choice is yours. Both islands are renowned for their pristine natural beauty and provide the perfect setting to relax under the shade of a coconut tree or bask in the Caribbean sunshine.
Guests visiting Isla Saona may also stop at Las Palmillas, home to Palmilla, the country’s largest natural pool, where shallow turquoise waters and giant starfish create a truly unique experience. Basic drinks, including beer and soft drinks, are available on board throughout the day.
Lunch can be enjoyed on the island for an additional cost. A dock fee of USD 5 per person is payable locally.
On the return, take in the spectacular coastal scenery while cruising along the Dominican Republic’s beautiful shoreline.
Usual Itinerary:
Catamaran Cruising - Smooth sailing through the Caribbean. The wide deck means everyone has space, the music is on, and the drinks are flowing.
Island Time - Anchor at your destination. The whole group in the water at once - snorkeling, swimming, floating, exploring. Pure Caribbean energy.
Sailing Back - Everyone back on deck for the return. Sun-tired, happy, already planning to come back. The music is still playing.

Departure is from La Romana Marina. Exact meeting point and coordinates will be sent upon booking confirmation. Transportation to the La Romana departure point could be arrange upon request and at an additional charge. Accommodation details should be provided upon booking so transportation availability and any applicable surcharges can be confirmed prior to the tour.

Expecting mothers are advised not to participate in this excursion. Guests who choose to participate do so at their own risk.

Vendor/partner does not provide medical, travel, or accident insurance. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage.
During excursions, photographs or videos may be taken by Operators or crew. By participating, you grant permission for such images to be used for: Marketing, Social media, Promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify the Operator before departure.
If the tour cannot operate due to unsafe weather conditions, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.
Failure to appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time constitutes a no-show and is non-refundable

Sargassum may be present in coastal waters and on beaches in the Dominican Republic, particularly during the warmer months, generally from May through October, with higher concentrations often occurring during the summer. The amount and location of sargassum can vary significantly from day to day depending on weather, winds, currents, and sea conditions. As this is a natural phenomenon, its presence cannot be predicted or guaranteed in advance and may affect beaches or swimming areas visited during the charter.

Full payment is required at reservation. You may be required to sign an additional liability waiver provided by the Operator before participating.

Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
