- The total duration of the tour is an approximate time starting once the pick up at your hotel until your transfer back.
- There are different shared bus schedules for your return to your hotel, it will depend on your package and the time you want to stay with us to enjoy our facilities. Return times to hotels: 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm and 6:00pm. Please let us know which return time do you prefer.

- All participants must sign a disclaimer form before the tour.
- Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.
- A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. As a passenger, the minimum to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inch.
- For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take to the activities any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar. Lockers are available for an extra cost.
- Flip flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities.
- Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions by weight, height, and age of the participants.

Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Hotel pick up included only for areas of Punta Cana, Bavaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto. For Bayahibe - La Romna, transfers can be booked at an extra rate.
- Pick up time will be confirmed at the booking time. Please be ready 10-15 minutes prior the confirmed pick up time.
- Bring: Digital or a printed voucher, light and vomfortable clothing, sport closed shoes for activities, towel and bathing suit, sunscreen, additional change of clothes, cash or cc for souvenirs, pictures,lockers...
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
