- Hotel pick up included only for areas of Punta Cana, Bavaro,Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Macao. For Bayahibe - La Romna and Miche area, transfers can be booked at an extra rate.
- Pick up time will be confirmed at the booking time. Please be ready 10-15 minutes prior the confirmed pick up time.
- If you do not require a transfer to the park, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so partner can guarantee your participation in the activity. There is a free parking area where you can park your vehicle.
- Bring: Digital or a printed voucher, light and comfortable clothing, sport closed shoes for activities, towel and bathing suit, sunscreen, additional change of clothes, cash or cc for souvenirs, pictures, lockers...
Additional Notes:
- Attractions may be temporarily closed without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance or other cause majeure reasons.
- The whole adventure park or some specific activity will be closed if management finds the weather unsafe for the adventurers. If your activity is canceled due to weather, you can rebook for another time and visit the adventure park again to complete your activities package. Unfortunately, partner do not issue refunds due to weather conditions.
- The whole family – grandparents, children, and adults – are welcome at the park. However, not everyone can participate in the activities.
- Certain activities are not recommended and cannot be performed by pregnant women.
- Certain activities are not recommended and cannot be carried out by people suffering from coronary or cardiovascular disease, heart failure, respiratory or physical injury, balance and/or vertigo problems, panic attacks, being overweight, among other conditions that prevent participation safely in activities.
- Disabled guests are welcome if assistance and special instructions are required, please verify with us before your arrival at experience@isleblue.co so we can check with the partner
- For safety reasons, the minimum heigh required for children to enjoy the activities is 1.30 mts / 4.26 ft. / 51.2 inch. Children under that heigh are welcome to enjoy the water activities with parents.
- Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions by weight, height, and age of the participants.
- No Show, 100% of the amount will be charged, so no refund will apply.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
