Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: - Once you have finished customs, you will be able to see the timeshare area. Don’t stop until the last exit, there you will find the vendor's signage with your name on it. Yhey will guide you to your transportation.
Additional Notes:
- Any services conducted or finalized between midnight and 6:00 am may result in an additional charge.
- Baggage Allowance: Each person is permitted to bring 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage. If the baggage limit is exceeded, kindly ensure to reserve an additional luggage vehicle at an extra cost. Otherwise, the fee must be paid on-site.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
