Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:- Boarding location: at the charter docks, at the entry of Gustavia, facing the Pharmacy. An operator representative will be present 30 minutes prior to departure, wearing a navy-blue polo shirt with the operator’s logo and matching cap. The representative will contact the boat upon guest arrival. In compliance with harbour regulations, the vessel is reauthorized to approach the dock only after all guests have arrived.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.

Cancellation PolicyFor all cancellation or charter modification a service fee of 95€ will be applied in addition to the following:
- If the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the service, 24% of the amount paid will be forfeited.
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the beginning of the service, no refund will be possible.
