* The Creole, Caraibes, and Island Menus are available for groups of up to 10 guests.
* For larger groups, due to seating and table arrangements, the Picnic Menu is recommended. Alternatively, a custom finger-food menu can be arranged.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to complete check-in and avoid delays.

Minors are only accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Prices may be modified at any time depending on external factors (fuel costs, port taxes, VAT, and other charges).
The vednor may cancel an excursion without compensation in the following cases: force majeure or adverse weather conditions, technical failure, safety reasons.
In such cases, the Client may choose between rescheduling the cherter or receiving a full refund.
The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any time to ensure the safety of passengers and the vessel.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy 20% is non refundable at time of booking. 100% forfeited if cancelled within 7 days prior to activity starts.
