Standard meeting point is at Anse Marcel Marina.
For optional departures from Marigot (Ferry Station) and Simpson Bay, meeting point will be confirmed and send after confirmed booking.

For charters to St. Barth or Anguilla, a copy of each guest's passport must be provided at least 48 hours before departure. Guests must also bring their original passport with them on the day of the trip.
Additional Notes:
The partner/captain reserves the right to cancel a tour due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the day of the tour.
Tours operate rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the captain. Customers are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.
The captain has the final say on whether conditions are safe for the tour to proceed. If the tour is canceled for safety reasons, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

Sea sickness is a natural reaction that can occur at sea and depends on individual sensitivity and sea conditions. Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be predicted or controlled by the partner/captain. The partner/captain cannot be held responsible for any discomfort, illness, or inconvenience caused by sea sickness during the trip. Passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take preventive medication before departure.
Life jackets will be provided and must be worn at all times as directed by the crew.
Consumption of drug and illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the tour unless otherwise specified. The company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all safety instructions. The company reserves the right to remove any customer who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the vessel.
By participating in the tour, customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boating activities, including but not limited to weather conditions, water-related hazards, and equipment failures.
The partner, its employees, and its agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the tour.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold the partner harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the tour.
The partner/captain reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If necessary, the partner may substitute vessels, equipment, or routes without prior notice.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Specific age restrictions may apply to certain tours.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors comply with all safety instructions and conduct requirements.
By participating in the tour, customers consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the crew before the tour begins.
Customers may take photos or videos for personal use but must not interfere with the crew or other passengers (on shared tours).
Please notify in advance if you require special accommodations due to mobility issues or other disabilities. Partner will do his best to accommodate your needs.
For tours that include meals or refreshments, please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St Martin/ Besse Terre (Guadeloupe). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of St Martin / Basse Terre (Guadeloupe).
