Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Guests will be picked up on the beach, at select locations, along Grace Bay. A representative will advise of the pick-up and drop-off point, based on the hotel or villa location. If you rent a car it is easy to navigate our island to a public access pick-up location. In addition, there are a number of taxi services that can assist you.
- The usual pick-up points are Bight Park for those staying on the South Shore. If the guests are on the other side the pickup points are other locations like The Ritz, Seven Stars and Grace bay Club.
- Bring towels, REEF-safe sunblock (no spray please), hat, sunglasses, camera.
Additional Notes:
- Late arrival may result in missing the departure, and no refund will be issued, as the tour operates on a fixed schedule for all guests.
- Brief rain showers are typical in tropical climates and often pass quickly. Because of this, weather-related decisions are usually made by captains on the day of the tour
based on current sea and safety conditions. Unless you are contacted by a representative, your tour will run as scheduled. If a tour must be cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, a member of our team will reach out to reschedule based on your stay and our availability.
- Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted on group tours. These shared experiences prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests onboard.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
