Val D'Isere Adaptive Ski Lessons

If you have trouble coordinating your lower limbs or use a wheelchair then our adaptive sit ski sessions are for you. We offer lessons for complete beginners to advanced off-piste sit skiers and you can choose sessions lasting 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours. So whatever your situation, handicap or ambition we’ll have the solution for you. Our goal is to help you enjoy skiing together with friends, family members or even independently.

Ski level:
- Any level accepted

Options:

Assisted sit-ski: For individuals lacking coordination, the instructor takes control and allows you to experience the unique sensations of sliding while ensuring your comfort and safety.
Autonomous sit-ski: For those wishing to learn to ski independently, the instructor guides you in piloting the sit-ski. Good coordination of the upper limbs is necessary for this option.

Note: Please specify the type of disability, the desired discipline, and the participant's measurements (hip circumference, weight, height) upon booking. An appointment will be scheduled the day before at the shop with the instructor to test the equipment.

Included:
- One highly trained instructor per participant
- Chair, adapted skis, and stabilizers (if necessary)

Not included, but required:
- Lift pass
- Helmet
