The property comprises a three-storey main villa, four elegant pavilions, and a beachside sala, all surrounding a 17.2-meter infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, and a children’s pool, ensuring endless fun under the sun. Double-height living and dining areas feature ceiling fans, while the well-equipped kitchen boasts concealed appliances and a large breakfast bar for casual meals or entertaining.
Baan Asan offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the stunning Five Islands from the main villa, or for a change of perspective, from the penthouse or guest rooms. Relax with a cocktail in the oceanfront pavilion, enjoy a leisurely stroll on manicured lawns, or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool overlooking a serene stretch of beach.

Kindly note that we are a strong advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not all owners condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
Security deposit
Where an number of guests eexceeds1.5 times the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
Where the number of guests is less than 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
