The Dhevatara Cove Estate comprises villas of immense proportions, showcasing a similar style and adjacency along the private beachfront. The villas can be rented together, making them an ideal retreat for small family gatherings, weddings, corporate getaways, wellness retreats, and events. In addition to Villa Baan Chang, you can also rent Baan Samlarn, Baan Rattana Thep and Haineu, allowing for a total of 20 rooms.
Please note that the villa provides yoga mats for your practice and offers 3 kayaks for recreational use. Two of the kayaks are shared within the Estate (one double seat and one single seat), and the villa has an additional double seat kayak. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Security Deposit
● Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
● Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
● Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Other requirements
● Pre and post event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax.
● Music and event curfew are until 12 midnight only.
● Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
● Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
● Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
