Designed to harmonize with its surroundings, the villa opens onto spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. Each spacious bedroom features high ceilings, a private en-suite bathroom, and stunning sea views, while the fifth bedroom, accessed through the garden, offers additional privacy.
At the center of the villa is a bright open-plan living space that combines the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral ceilings and large openings create a light-filled environment where indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly.
The outdoor area features a beautiful L-shaped infinity pool of over 50 square meters overlooking the sea. The surrounding terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing, outdoor dining, and relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking coastal scenery. A stone pathway from the pool deck leads to a tranquil garden sala nestled among tropical greenery, perfect for quiet moments of relaxation.
Baan Sethai is ideally located above the famous Coral Cove Beach and less than 10 minutes from the lively beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of both Chaweng and Lamai. The Royal Samui Golf Club is within walking distance, while the island’s ring road provides easy access to Fisherman’s Village and the airport.
Guests enjoy attentive service from the villa’s dedicated staff, including daily housekeeping and complimentary Asian or Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner can also be prepared upon request. A personal Guest Relationship Manager is available throughout the stay to assist with arrangements such as car or motorbike rentals, island tours, marine park excursions, in-villa Thai massages, restaurant bookings, and shopping recommendations.
