Cleverly designed over three levels to optimize space and capitalize on breathtaking ocean views, each level features a private garden area connected by an enclosed inner stairway. The upper floor houses a spacious walk-through lounge, a sea-view dining room, and a well-equipped show kitchen. One of the two master bedrooms is also located on this floor.
The upper-level living area and bedroom open directly onto an inviting infinity pool with a furnished stone and wooden sun terrace. The dining room extends to a separate terrace with a built-in barbecue unit for delightful alfresco meals.
The comfortable upper-level lounge boasts an oversized double sofa suite, while the airy dining space accommodates 10 guests at a long polished wooden table. A breakfast bar and stools complement the dining area, both served by the villa's fitted western-style kitchen. A second kitchen, primarily for the private chef and staff, ensures seamless meal preparation.
On the middle floor, a second living area and media room feature an ultra-comfortable sofa facing a large flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open onto a study or private office space. All living areas are fully air-conditioned for comfort in the tropical climate.
Villa Natha Samui comprises five double bedrooms (3 King and 2 Queen), each offering sensational sea views. The bedrooms have TVs and built-in wardrobes, creating a luxurious resort-like atmosphere. The two master suites boast en-suite bathrooms with twin washbasins and the option of indoor or outdoor showers. The remaining guest bedrooms, though slightly smaller, provide modern resort-style accommodation with private amenities.
Exclusive facilities at Villa Natha include a fully equipped private gym and a fabulous private cinema with comfortable seating, a large projector screen, and a surround sound system. A 24-hour security service secures the property and offers private parking spaces for guests.
The villa manager and staff promptly address guest requests, while the housekeeping team ensures daily cleaning for a consistently tidy environment. The private chef is available on request to prepare and serve meals according to guests' preferences, allowing them to savor delicious Thai and Western cuisine either under the open sky or stars on the terrace or in the comfortable and elegant dining room.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum capacity of 25 guests (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests)
Rental rates: Above 1.5 times the villa's maximum occupancy, an event premium fee of 1500 USD is applicable
The Event premium fee is for 24 hours and an additional fee may be applicable for subsequent parties.
Minimum nights:
● Minimum 3 nights for events/weddings during low/shoulder season
● Minimum 5 nights for events/weddings during high season
● Minimum 7 nights for events/weddings during peak season
A cleaning fee of up to US$450 may be charged on-site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required.
Pre and post-event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of 50% of the event fee if this second function is beyond 24 hours from the main event.
Security deposit
● Security damage deposit: Where the number of guests exceeds 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa Refundable US$ 2,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site. Where the number of guests is less than 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected
● The security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Music and event curfew is until midnight only.
Kindly note that we are a strong advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not all owners condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
