At one end of the living area, a comfortable lounge awaits, adorned with plush sofas, cozy armchairs, and a wall-mounted TV. The natural wood coffee table is adorned with contemporary ornaments and artworks, adding a touch of elegance. A rectangular dining table takes center stage, complemented by a modern show kitchen with an island bar for casual meals and a built-in wine cooler.

The villa features four double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, located on the pool and garden level. The bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and offer rain showers. The master bedroom boasts a terrazzo bathtub that opens onto the pool, creating a sense of tranquility. Alternatively, groceries can be provided at cost plus a 30% handling fee, subject to a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
