Villa Essenza is a luxurious six-bedroom haven set along the pristine shores of Natai Beach, offering a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and breathtaking natural beauty. Each of the villa’s spacious bedrooms is designed for restful coastal living, with select rooms featuring expansive windows that showcase stunning outdoor vistas. Four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, while two ground-floor rooms share a connected, well-appointed bathroom.
A serene garden pathway and reflection pond lead to the open-plan living pavilion, where stylish lounge areas overlook the 25-meter infinity pool and the shimmering Andaman Sea beyond. The dining area combines sleek modern lines with subtle Thai influences. It sits beside a fully equipped kitchen, where the private chef prepares exceptional Thai and international cuisine tailored to your preferences.

Maximum standing capacity 120 guests
A minimum of 2 villas must be booked in Sava Estate for an event of maximum 60 guests, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease.
A minimum of 3 villas must be booked in Sava Estate for events of 60 guests or more.
Minimum Stay Requirements: Low & Shoulder Seasons: 3 nights; High Season (including Chinese New Year & Easter): 5 nights; Peak Season: 10 nights

Security deposit USD 10,000 is required by the Lessor prior to the arrival date.
Noise: Outdoor entertainment is permitted from 8 am to 12 am with a maximum volume of 70 decibels, and reduced volume after 10 pm. Post-midnight gatherings with up to 30 non-villa guests are allowed in the living room until 2 am with a maximum volume of 70 decibels.
All fireworks and fire shows must be pre-approved by Villa Management and conducted by a professional operator. The use of fireworks is prohibited during the dry season.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
