There are 5 bedrooms at the villa ‐ 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and 3 luxurious guest bedrooms. The master bedrooms are a dream with their bathrooms featuring a bathtub and rain shower that offer unobstructed views of the sea via the floor to ceiling glass walls.
Everything you will ever need to enjoy a relaxing, and fun-‐filled tropical vacation can be found right at the comforts of the villa. A fully-‐equipped kitchen with state-‐of-‐the-‐art appliances is yours to enjoy during your stay, while a dining room that seats 10 people is located right beside the lounging area, also offering unbelievable views of the sea. An infinity swimming pool is located right in front of the modern lounge area while a kid's pool is also available for children. A game room is also offered, with luxurious sofas and a pingpong table for guests to enjoy. The property also features a basketball court.
Villa Leelawadee is proud to announce its commitment to sustainability. The villa is one of the largest power producers in Phuket; that also features a rainwater capture system for use in the maintenance of the grounds and villa.

Bedroom 2: Lower floor master bedroom with a king-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, safe, desk, closet, hair dryer, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity and separate WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Lower floor bedroom with a king-size bed (can be converted to two single beds), A/C, ceiling fan, safe, desk, closet, hair dryer and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and separate WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 4: Lower floor bedroom with a king-size bed (can be converted to two single beds), A/C, ceiling fan and shared bathroom (with bedroom 3 and 5) with bathtub, shower, double vanity and separate WC. 2 guests maximum.

- Reservation deposit is 50%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 45 days prior to arrival, all payments made are forfeited and kept as a voucher credit for travel up to 9 months from the cancellation date, to the same villa. Cancellation made within 45 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Full or partial refund will be granted if the cancelled dates are re-booked by the owner villa. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires five nights minimum rental of villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is:
- up to 20 guests US$500 + tax
- 20 to 30 guests US$1000 + tax
- 40 to 40 guests US$ 1500 + tax
Refundable security deposit: USD $2,500.00 standard deposit.
