Villa Saengootsa is a sophisticated six-bedroom retreat overlooking the tranquil waters of Kamala Bay on Phuket’s prestigious west coast. Designed to embrace its stunning coastal setting, the villa features bright open-plan interiors that flow seamlessly onto expansive terraces overlooking the Andaman Sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows welcome natural light and cooling sea breezes throughout, while the spacious living and dining areas provide the perfect environment for both relaxation and entertaining.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Maximum capacity 50 guests
Minimum nights: 3 nights minimum stay for Mid, High, and Prime Season, 5 nights for Summer Season, Easter and Chinese New Year, and 10 nights for Peak Season (Christmas & New Year).
A security deposit of USD 5,000 is required prior to the arrival date.
Event fee:
- Up to 20 Guests: USD 1,500 + Vat per day
- 21 to 50 Guests: USD 2,500 + Vat per day
If the lessee rents 3 properties at full occupancy in Samsara Estate, it will be exempted from an event fee.
Cleaning fee:
- Up to 20 Guests: USD 100 + VAT
- 21 to 30 Guests: USD 150 + VAT
- 31 to 40 Guests: USD 200 + VAT
- 41 to 50 Guests: USD 250 + VAT
Outside noise will be tolerated from 8 am to 11 pm.
Rundown: The professional planner must submit 4 (four) weeks prior to the event a rundown of the proposed schedule for the event, this should include full details of the expected number of guests, the proposed wedding ceremony, dinner, entertainment, DJ, live band and any other activities that the client or clients have requested , this should be submitted to the management company for their perusal, after the management company’s considerations this will then be passed to the lessor for his consideration, the rundown may be changed if the lessor is not in agreement.
For fireworks and fire show, the planner must advise the management company. The planner must ensure all fireworks displays are organized by a professional company and all necessary precautions taken to ensure the roofs of the Property, neighboring Properties and landscapes are in no way endangered by fire. Depending on wind direction, placement of fireworks, lanterns and fire show must be downwind of the Properties. Fireworks, lanterns and fire show will be forbidden during the dry season. Fireworks and fire show must be done before 10 pm.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
