With views taking in glorious Phang Nga Bay, the spectacular sun rises to light up the grand atrium living space. The sun’s rays flood in through the wide-open, cathedral-like front that frames the villa infinity pool and sparkling sea view on the horizon magnificently. Renovated in 2022 and built in 2012, Villa Sawarin is surrounded by three acres of lawns and botanical gardens and even a putting green for a spot of golf practice.
The saltwater pool and an al fresco, over-water sunrise and sunset deck with lounge seating reached by a wooden walkway, and the incredible water features within the villa conspire to create a beachfront green oasis in one of the island’s most serene locations. An outdoor dining sala, in-villa spa inducing total relaxation and a full gym inspire vacation experiences at Villa Sawarin.
The natural hues of the villa décor add a sense of tranquillity and understated sophistication as do the interiors of the living and dining and kitchen areas with the green garden and blue sea views adding the wow factor. A skilled private chef and round-the-clock in-villa butler also serve to enhance the vacation villa lifestyle experience. Meanwhile, a small promenade and pier nearby are made for a sunset stroll.
With ensuite bathrooms, some of which come with bathtubs, including a whirlpool bath in the master bedroom and balconies or outdoor terraces in most rooms, Villa Sawarin promises a private, convenient and comfortable stay that suits the modern-day traveler. A TV room and family room with a ping-pong table are great extra features that add real chilled-out appeal.
Below the villa’s gardens, the golden sands beckon for lounging and walk along the beach, fringing a blue sea that is suitable for kayaking rather than swimming. Cancellation made between 179 and 46 days prior to arrival, 60% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 45 days, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
