Designed with privacy in mind, Villa The Pines is divided into five Thai-style living sections, with each of the five bedrooms offering a unique sanctuary. Whether nestled within their own pavilion or featuring a separate entrance, the bedrooms provide a serene retreat. Wake up to stunning sea views from your bedroom or step out onto the inspired pool deck and feel the sand between your toes.
The main living area is a masterpiece worthy of design magazines. With high wooden ceilings, a long breakfast bar, and a central dining table, it sets the stage for unforgettable gatherings. The front wall features sliding glass doors, allowing for a seamless connection to the pool deck and the gentle sea breeze. On the right side, an elegantly furnished living space invites relaxation, accentuated by artistic touches such as a curved floor lamp.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Event Fee:
Function fee for up to 60 guests - USD 1,500++ (ceremony and reception)
Community Fee: THB 7,000 Beach cleaning fee (if used for events) at THB 3,000

Rental rates:
The villa requires 3 nights during low, 3 during high season, and 7 nights during peak season
Curfews: 10pm for live music (band) and DJ, midnight for iPod or equivalent devices
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
