Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the grandeur of the mid-century modern mansion's tri-level main floor, accessed via a marble walkway flanked by lush tropical foliage and an elegant entry fountain. The residence showcases a rotating art collection by local artisans.
The main floor encompasses the primary suite offering stunning mountain panoramas, along with two guest bedrooms complete with ensuites. An open-concept kitchen and dining area feature a wet bar and seating for six, including a six-seat breakfast table and two high-top stools at the kitchen bar. Additionally, a cozy family room with ample seating and a large-screen TV offers a relaxing space to unwind. For formal dining, an eight-seat dining area is available, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the gas grill.
The lower level presents a double-height great room adorned with a soaring gas fireplace and modern sofas, ideal for entertaining. A covered outdoor dining table and fountain provide a charming setting for intimate meals.
For a taste of Old Hollywood glamour, ascend to the upper-level media room in the loft, featuring a modern sectional sofa, large-screen TV, stereo system, and popcorn maker. This space grants access to a powder room and deck leading to the yard or the bird's nest deck offering 360-degree views, along with the main floor pool, enhancing the home's entertainment allure.
Outside, meticulously manicured desert gardens invite guests to savor the desert breeze and panoramic mountain vistas, with views extending to the West and South. Take a refreshing dip in the pool or unwind in the adjacent hot tub, enveloped by a lush privacy wall. Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
