The primary living area is tailored for hosting and relaxation, featuring a stylish bar room complete with a mini-fridge and four elegant gold and white stools. Adjacent lies a cozy sitting area adorned with two contemporary pink couches and a gas fireplace, alongside a formal living room furnished with a green sectional couch, a lounge chair, and a flatscreen television.
Adding to the allure, the home boasts a charming 6-person dining area illuminated by modern light fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry, white countertops, and stainless steel Viking appliances, while outdoor culinary adventures beckon with a built-in gas grill and a gas firepit for roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Connected to the residence is a two-car garage housing a vibrant, air-conditioned gym outfitted with a Peloton bike, a treadmill, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a squat rack. Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
