Enjoy the ultimate Palm Springs lifestyle while spending time at Villa La Paloma Palms. Located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the area, Vista Las Palmas, the four-bedroom villa is a modern mid-century dwelling that is known as the Alexander House to the locals. This villa was constructed in 1960 but has been updated to meet modern standards of luxury. It is west-facing to promise outstanding views of the San Jacinto Mountains.
This vacation residence comes with room for up to eight guests and even allows pets for an additional fee. Three of its bedrooms are found in the main house. The master suite is in a private corner and offers a California king bed, plenty of storage, a large ensuite bathroom, and chic décor. The other bedrooms in the main villa have custom window treatments and flatscreen televisions. The final bedroom is in a private casita with a seating area, kitchenette, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom.
The outdoor spaces at Villa La Paloma Palms make guests feel as if they are at a top resort. There is a saline pool with a tanning shelf alongside a spa tub. Guests can sunbathe in chaise lounges or use a parasol to enjoy the shade when the sun is high in the sky. There’s also a covered patio with both indoor and outdoor living. It has a living room set, a wet bar, and a barbeque grill and offers everything needed for entertaining.
The villa interior has an open floor plan with exposed wood beam ceilings, airy rooms, and clean lines. Guests can enjoy excellent feasts in the dining room with a sliding glass door that looks out on the mountains and pool. There’s a gas fireplace in the living room as well as a flatscreen television for watching films or cable television. The villa also boasts a chef’s kitchen with smooth surfaces and high-quality appliances for pleasurable cooking.

Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
