With a backdrop against the San Jacinto Mountains, Villa Martini Rose features the quintessential mid-century style that Vista Las Palmas in Palm Springs is best known for. The villa was designed by Dan Palmer and William Krisel and has been occupied by big names like Mario Lanza, Sammy Davis Jr., and Frank Sinatra. It offers 3,000 square feet of space with four bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate up to eight guests.
The master suite in the villa has a comfortable king bed, while the other bedrooms all offer queen beds. Two of the queen suites offer private terraces, while the master opens up to the pool. All of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and a flatscreen television for entertainment. Guests will also have access to a pool maintenance person to ensure the water is sparkling throughout any vacation.
Villa Martini Rose has a spacious terrace with an elevated spa and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a lanai with an alfresco table that stays cool through the use of a misting system and ceiling fans. Guests can make use of three fire pits and appreciate the enchanting lighting while staring up at the stars in the evenings.
The terrace flows into the open-concept interior using wide glass doors. Guests can enjoy a drink by the fireplace and meals at an elegant table for eight. There’s also an elegant lounge for movie nights. The home comes with a cozy kitchen equipped with all the needed appliances and opens up to the lanai.
While staying at this villa, the location puts you only a few blocks from downtown and the fairways of Escena, Mesquite, and Indian Canyons. It’s also easy to reach from Palm Springs International Airport, which is only four miles away. Sure to offer a host of great memories, this villa is a unique space with top amenities and tons of privacy.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
