Once you drive through the main gates of Villa La Chureya and reach the villa, you and your guests will feel as if you’ve been transported to a traditional Spanish hacienda. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa features a stucco exterior underneath a red clay tile roof. It’s located on over an acre of land with lush gardens, beautiful trees, and green lawns for the perfect vacation atmosphere.
Inside the villa, there’s a large hallway with a line of French doors that lead you to the quarters for guests. Each of the rooms has tasteful décor and offers colorful throw blankets, soft bed linens, walk-in closets, a smart television, and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite and two other bedrooms boast king beds, while a fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Another bedroom is inside a private casita and offers a queen bed with plenty of solitude.
The main home at Villa La Chureya offers cool tile floors and vaulted wood ceilings in spacious rooms with luxury furniture. The great room offers a dining table for up to 10, while the living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and a media room offers a home theatre system. For preparing meals, the villa has a chef’s kitchen with a mix of vintage and modern amenities, including an industrial workbench that has been turned into an island.
Outside of the villa, there is an alfresco table with a nearby floral trellis. There’s also a pool terrace and a cabana that includes a refrigerator and a wet bar to keep you hydrated. A ping pong table and private tennis court are also provided so you can get in some exercise. Once you’re done, guests can sink into the spa tub in the gardens to relax.
Guests who want to explore will find plenty to do in Palm Springs. Palm Canyon Drive boasts many excellent restaurants and shops, while Coachella Valley is home to more than 80 golf courses. The neighborhood is also fun to wander around to experience the countless elegant mid-century homes.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
