For a luxurious stay in the deserts of California, Villa Moda is a genuine mid-century modern home with a mixture of Hollywood Regency style and touches of the contemporary. It’s located in the Sunrise Park neighborhood for easy access to Downtown Palm Springs but provides high whitewashed walls for an added sense of privacy. The villa comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and room for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom suite has direct access to the pool and offers a king bed, a Bose home theatre system, and plasma television. There are three other bedrooms in the main home that come with queen beds, private patios, and shared bathrooms.
Villa Moda offers tons of style, starting with the architectural fireplace in the living room where guests can gather to socialize. The room opens up to the back garden, where there is space for outdoor dining for up to 12 people. The outdoors is an oasis of green grass with a sparkling pool and a spa for guests to use during their vacation in the area.
The villa offers pops of color, original art, and sharp angles combined with contemporary touches. Guests can visit with each other on large sofas while the cook of the group creates meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It’s filled with professional appliances and has everything needed to create delicious meals. There is also a modern dining table for up to six guests.
Located in the middle of Palm Springs, guests are close to a variety of activities. A short walk will let you view some of the most impressive houses in the country, while downtown has options to dine, shop, or experience the nightlife. Coachella Valley also offers tons of golf courses, while the national parks have several hiking trails

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
Maximum Short-Term Rental Stay
Please note that, due to local regulations, short-term rental reservations are limited to a maximum stay of 28 consecutive nights. Requests for stays exceeding 28 nights cannot be accommodated under short-term rental regulations and may be subject to different rental terms, policies, and procedures.
