The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a cozy sitting area furnished with a full-size couch, an armchair, and a mid-century desk, as well as a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool patio, while the en suite bath includes a double vanity and a step-in shower, complemented by a walk-in closet.
In the second bedroom, guests will find another king-sized bed, along with a flat-screen TV. This room shares a hall bathroom equipped with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Access to the patio with a seating area adds to the room's allure.
The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, complete with an armoire and dresser. Like the second bedroom, it shares the hall bathroom and provides patio access with a seating area.
The outdoor spaces are centered around a large rectangular ozone pool with an integrated spa and tanning shelf. An outdoor dining room, featuring a custom pergola with sliding shade, a gas barbecue, a fire pit, and plenty of chaise lounges, sitting areas, and free-standing umbrellas, cater to relaxation and entertainment.
