Villa Pelican Bay is set along Pelican Bay in Anguilla and features a main house and guest house and is close to such attractions as the beach at Blowing Point and the ferry port just a short walk from the premises. A modern and elegant villa, it is surrounded by unique gardens and gazes out at the sea as well as the enormous pool area at the front of the premises. And while your group might enjoy the convenient beach access, they may find themselves lingering at the private, fully-furnished pool area.
The pool is framed by the expansive terrace with its lounges and sun decks, and both the main house and the guest house open to it. The main house has an enormous verandah that features outdoor living and dining spaces, and it opens into the great room. Because this entire property is decorated with natural materials and a palette that mirrors the colors just outside, it has a very organic and aesthetically appealing look, and the great room is a place where that blending of hues is the most apparent and pleasing.
With its high, white ceilings, cool marble floors and banks of windows it manages to convey a strong sense of the outdoors inside. The great room uses an open floor plan and contains two separate lounging areas, one gazing out to the views and the other serving as a media space with an entertainment system. There is a dining room area and then the enormous kitchen. This includes a breakfast bar as well as top of the line appliances and gear meant to satisfy even finicky cooks. The kitchen opens to the pool area, and over at the guest house, the pool room opens to the space, too.
Three of the four bedrooms are in the main house, and they feature king beds with a large and private bath in each. Two have ocean views while the third gazes out at the garden. The pool house has a king suite with ocean views and a large, private bath.
With its excellent location so close to the beach and many of Anguilla’s treasures, the Villa Pelican Bay is a great find. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
