Pelican Bay Villa is a tranquil oceanview retreat set along the southern shore of Anguilla, facing the nearby island of Saint Martin. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this five-bedroom villa offers privacy, space, and uninterrupted views of the cerulean Caribbean Sea.
A palm-lined walkway welcomes you into the property, where breathtaking ocean vistas immediately set the tone for a serene island escape. The villa is thoughtfully designed for relaxed living, with a large open-plan layout that allows cooling sea breezes to flow freely through the interiors.
The main house features three king bedrooms—two with stunning sea views and one overlooking the lush garden. A separate poolside guest house adds flexibility and privacy, offering two additional king bedrooms, including an upper-level suite with magnificent ocean views.
Outdoor living is central to the experience. Guests can unwind by the private pool, lounge on sunbeds, sway in the shaded hammock, or enjoy al fresco dining and evening gatherings under the stars. A sandy path along the water’s edge leads toward the nearby ferry port, inviting scenic walks and moments of quiet reflection.
Conveniently located just minutes from the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, the villa also provides easy access to Anguilla’s renowned beaches, restaurants, and resorts.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
