Round Rock Estate is, as the name implies, an estate-like villa that sits in the LockRum Bay area of Anguilla and offers up to 12 visitors a newly renovated and remarkably upscale setting for an island getaway. A waterfront property, the six-bedroom masterpiece of island style and design includes a long list of amenities and features that make it almost irresistible as a spot for a getaway, reunion or even intimate destination event.
The focal point for many is the enormous pool area with its free-form, geometric pool that incorporates a wading area furnished with cooling lounges, a plunge pool, and a traditional lap pool area. The pool is framed with sun decks and features an array of lounges. At one end is a dining gazebo with bar and outdoor kitchen. Furnished as a lounge as well, it will be a constant spot for gathering at all hours to take in the scenery.
The villa is also equipped with a classic wrap around verandah that is furnished with banquette sofas, dining spaces, and cozy niches for enjoying drinks or conversation. Head inside and the same, modern and clean esthetics prevail. The high, white ceilings and soothing sandstone floors bring in the sunlight from outdoors while a palette of grey, sea blue and green create a Zen-like calm in the TV lounge, dining area, and even the large kitchen. With its stainless appliances and rich blue cabinetry, it is a charming spot that opens directly to one area of the terrace.
The villa also has those six bedrooms, and every single one is designed to provide visitors with a master suite experience. They are all uniquely decorated, but in that same clean and transitional style. They feature king beds and private baths. Some of the bathrooms feature tubs and showers, and some offer sea views while others emphasize the grounds.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
