Located in the exclusive Sandy Hill Bay Beach area of the island, it is a lovely, five-minute walk from the villa and offers five spacious bedrooms for families or groups of discerning travelers.
It is tucked into a gated area and sits amongst flawlessly landscaped and manicured gardens and grounds. It is remarkably private and designed to offer a home-like setting for groups of ten or less. The villa is designed to make the most of the setting and features upper and lower level spaces that incorporate indoor and outdoor settings. The heart of the property is the expansive pool terrace, beautifully designed in stone and featuring sun decks as well as shaded and well-appointed verandah spaces. The pool wraps around the property and even has footbridges, making it a destination as much as a spot for activities and swimming.
The design emphasizes an open-air feel and so even the formal interiors have a breezy and airy feel at all times. They include the living room and the dining suite, the large kitchen furnished with the very best in appliances and gear, and more. And though the indoor kitchen is completed, there is also the outdoor fireplace area where dining and food prep is fun and appealing.
The five bedrooms are designed as private retreats and include suite-like amenities throughout. They range in size from king suites to queen-sized rooms, but all feature their own bars, mini-refrigerators, luxury linens and robes, and signature Bvlgari brand toiletries. They have dressing rooms, private terraces or verandahs, and more. One can be an office for those who work while on holiday, though it is also suitable as a children’s room. Each has a large, luxuriously appointed ensuite bath, and several feature an outdoor shower.

All suites are air-conditioned and have their own private patio with an equal panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Each has a bar with refrigerator, coffee service, Frette linens, bathrobes, hairdryers, and Bvlgari amenities.
Suite 1: Bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing table, dressing room, bar, private terrace and plunge pool, Jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Suite 2: Bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, bar, private verandah, Jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom with shower, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Suite 3: Bedroom with two queen-size beds, walk-in closet, dressing table, private verandah and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Suite 4: Bedroom with a king-size bed (can be made up as two single beds), walk-in closets, dressing table, bar, private verandah connecting door with bedroom 5 and shared bathroom (with Bedroom 5) with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
