If that location appeals to you, the Villa Falmouth Delight is a must. Located in a peaceful and quiet residential area, it offers fantastic views of the sea and the boats bobbing in and out of the harbor, but is a wonderfully amenities-rich destination on its own.

A large and spacious six-bedroom property, its layout includes a main house and smaller cottage. It offers an astonishing amount of outdoor living space and beautifully landscaped grounds, and whether on the large pool terrace or one of the many smaller private terraces, you will appreciate the verdant lushness of the setting.

For many, it is the comfort and beauty of the pool terrace that is a constant attraction. The elegant, free form pool curves fluidly along the outer perimeter of the stone terrace. You will find a full-sized, circular sunbed, garden lounges tucked beneath the shade of the palms, and furnished sunbeds surrounding it. Yet, there is also the massive, covered terrace fully furnished with large sofas and sitting areas, al fresco dining, a barbecue space, and more. A promenade allows you to relax and recline in lounge chairs as you take in the view of the harbor just below.

Step in through the banks of oversized French doors and you’ll fall in love with the low-key and stylish décor of the great room. A large and airy space, it manages to capture the airiness and light of the outdoor setting. With high ceilings and cool, stone floors it is a perfect balance of space and uses an open floor plan to contain a cozy lounge, library and entertainment space. It leads to the fantastic, modern kitchen that also opens to the terrace and features only the very finest in appliances and gear.

Four of the five bedrooms are in the main house and include a king suite that opens to its own patio and comes with a large, ensuite bath. There is also a queen suite, and two dual singles -each with their own baths. The cottage has a private entrance and features a single bed as well as a queen, and a large bath.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 6 days per week, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

We had a superb time, loved the villa and thought Isle Blue were fantastic. It made the holiday so easy. It is hard to believe we managed to get away. No one is leaving the house at the moment in the UK and a holiday seems improbable for a while.

I hope Antigua stays Covid free.

St Annes Point was incredible. What a beautiful house! We thought this would be our firm favourite, but we ended up liking Falmouth Delight even more.

St Annes Point was very badly lit. And come late afternoon it was very gloomy inside. Our bedroom was never light, it was particularly dark in there. Sandra the House Manager said they were working on solutions to the lighting, but the difficulty is the tons of slatted shutters which block the light. However the views are unsurpassable! And the pool was just amazing!

Where Falmouth Delight won was on the lighting. The housekeeper said that the owner had a thing about lighting. He certainly did!! It was beautifully lit and very homely with great big windows all round. Whereas it didn’t have the near 360° views that St Anne’s Point had, it still had great views and it was so comfortable.

Lastly, the staff on the island were also very helpful and accommodating. They were very understanding that we wanted our privacy and just came once a week at an agreed time, which was just great. In fact what sold Antigua to us the most, was how incredibly friendly the Antiguans are. Just delightful!

We’d love to go back there and will definitely enlist your help again. Thank you for all you did.

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

I loved staying in Mille Fleurs. I only have positive things to say about it. First of all, the house and the view are absolutely stunning! I couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. They had everything that you could possibly need. Heather, who cleans and takes care of the house, knows most everything and does an amazing job! We also enjoyed walking throughout the neighborhood. It’s a great workout with all of the hills! I do hope to return one day…I miss the house snd the view already!

We had a fabulous time in a fabulous house. Everyone involved was so helpful and great from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Isle Blue's Villa Capri was absolutely perfect! The villa was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos online - it was super clean and included everything you could need on vacation: fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, bluetooth speaker, pool floats, a kayak, paddle board, a gas grill, wifi - the list goes on! We woke up to the stunning views of the turquoise water each morning right from our bed - what a view! You can quickly walk down to the beach via a short path of stones shaped like sand dollars which was so cute. The bay feels mostly private but there are a few beach vendors towards the far end where we were able to grab a quick bite and a drink - including fresh coconut drinks that are made right in front of us! We ventured to a few other beaches (Grace Bay and Blue Hills) and each time we came back to Sapodilla Bay, it reminded us how much we loved this little slice of paradise. Julian was our house manager and he was extremely helpful from the moment we landed at the airport. We felt so welcomed by the Isle Blue staff which was refreshing as our travel experience had been pretty hectic. I highly recommend booking your next stay with Isle Blue!
