The five-bedroom villa is a historic property that features truly exquisite design and grounds. Stone foundations are all that remain of the former cannon platform that once protected English Harbour, and the villa is actually built on top of them.
Sitting on more than one acre of private gardens and grounds, it offers you an amazing, 270 degree view of the beautiful harbor setting. The property itself has been lovingly redone according to the classic Georgian style. Wooden shingle roofs, corner stones, and a observation areas will make this a hit with kids of all ages.
Naturally, the property itself is luxurious and impressive, and offers guests an astonishing range of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The gardens alone are worthy of a visit, and they surround the pool terrace that is framed by a brick surround and features walls of the original structure. Steps up from the pool, you reach the main villa, and here you can enjoy a variety of gazebos that offer you places to dine or lounge and take in those views.
The upper terrace area leads to the equally impressive interiors. A great room features a nautically inspired blue and white palette, but keeps things casual with rattan and wicker pieces that work beautifully with the terrazzo floors. There is a casual living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen in the main villa.
The bedrooms are divided between the great house and a guest house. There are three in the main house, and all are king suites with verandahs or balconies and luxurious baths. The guest house is self-contained and features two suites with private baths and garden views.

The rental rates include : Welcome upon arrival and villa orientation, housekeeping service 1 day per week, pool technician weekly, gardener regularly, villa manager on call and utilities (water, electricity, BBQ gas / charcoal , WiFi internet coverage). Provisions and staff gratuities are not included.
Note : The 2 bedroom rate refers to the Guest Cottage only. The 3 bedrom rate refers to the Great House only. The 5 bedroom rate refers to the whole estate.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
