Tucked along the southern coast of Antigua and gazing out towards Falmouth Harbour and Turtle Bay, the Villa Carib House is a large and luxurious property ideal for a small, destination event or an unforgettable vacation with your family or friends. With five bedrooms and expansive grounds surrounding it, the villa has the feel of a large and private island retreat. With the main house, guest cottage, and individual apartment offering different sleeping areas, it also includes a wide array of irresistible outdoor and indoor spaces to share.
For many, the natural stone pool terrace is one of the most desirable places to spend leisurely days and star-soaked nights. It includes a uniquely shaped pool with an appealing stone island in the center. The pool is framed by the stone terrace and flanked on one long edge by a stylish sun deck, and at the end by a lovely gazebo designed for outdoor dining and relaxing – including the essential island hammock! The pool’s other long edge is framed by the oversized portico with its array of outdoor living areas. Here you can enjoy dining in the stylish al fresco dining area, with plenty of room to lounge, and more seating as the porch wraps the front of the villa.
Spread out over two levels, there is also a gorgeous, hidden little terrace surrounded by palms and natural stone on the lower level. Of course, the interiors are a perfect match to the exteriors, and you will find a large great room that includes a family room space with an entertainment system, a comfortable dining spot, and a stunning, gourmet kitchen. Packed with premium appliances, gorgeous mahogany counters, a large island and so much more, it is going to please even the seasoned cooking expert.
Then, there are the bedrooms. Three are located in the main house, and each is a king suite. One has a balcony overlooking the sea and a private bath. The apartment is in the garden and is a mini villa in its own right with a kitchenette and bath, while the fifth bedroom is in the adorable cottage with a king bed and large bath.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
All bookings that include Holidays or Sailing Events will be charged at special rates. The minimum stay is 14 nights over the Holidays and 10 nights over the Sailing Events. Please contact our agent for more info.
