Villa Blossom Antigua.  If the words "private peninsula", "waterfront cottage" and Jolly Harbour in Antigua sound like a perfect combination for an upcoming holiday, then you definitely want to pay a visit to Villa Blossom. This two-bedroom property sits right along the edge of Reeds Point in the Jolly Harbour area of the island and offers non-stop views, glorious sunsets, proximity to the best shopping, dining and entertainment, but is also a delightful destination on its own.

A blend of Asian and island influences makes the property a remarkable sight. One of the most impressive areas is the infinity edge pool with its "island" gazebo ideal for hours of relaxation as you are surrounded by the pool's waters and gaze out at that amazing scenery. The sun deck is fully furnished with oversized lounges and opens into the wrap around, covered terrace. This features a comfortable lounge and a hot tub just steps from the great room.

The great room is really an oversized pavilion that has been furnished as a tropical interior space, but without the walls to block those amazing sea breezes and sea views. In fact, the entire villa has been designed to erase the lines between indoors and out, so the terrace areas are really just oversized entries into the "interiors" that include the open-air kitchen and dining pavilion, the central lounging area and the verandah at the rear of the villa.

The bedrooms continue this open to the air experience with a king suite offering a private terrace, enormous ensuite bath with soaking tub in full view of the sea and more. The second suite is a queen size suites with a large ensuite bath that opens to the gardens.

Ideal for the romantic retreat for two or a holiday with good friends, the Villa Blossom is a truly rare and unique property that you will wish to revisit again and again.

Note: Please note that villa Blossom does not have air conditioning. The villa is cooled by tradewinds.

  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, 35% of gross rental is forfeited. Cancellation 60 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited. Please note all Christmas and New Years reservations are non-refundable.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the payment policy as follows : 

~ 50% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation 
~ Balance due 40 days prior to arrival

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows : 

~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 45 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the Gross Rental will be refunded.  
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 45 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited. Unless it is due to certified COVID reasons, where they would extend a voucher for the full amount paid for future use. COVID reasons include but are not limited to closing airports on either end, airline cancellations, certified sickness...

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :

1. The Antigua government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Antigua that prevents a guest from traveling.
3. A Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Antigua must exist.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

This is a one of a kind place. I have older children and they absolutely loved it (23, 21 and 15). Definitely not for children under 13. The views are mesmerizing and we found it difficult to leave. We had our own private swimming area which we snorkeled daily. Snorkels you will have to supply yourself. The weather was perfect for Christmas. Mosquitos came out only for about an hour in the early evening but our host supplied plenty of all natural spray that worked great. We rented the entire property and each bedroom was equally nice and comfortable with awesome views. The pool area is spectacular and great place to unwind after swimming in the ocean. My family spent a great deal of time in the kitchen and two other outside covered seating areas that have amazing views. Actually every place on the property has a great view. There is a nap room that my husband used for his pre evening power naps which is quiet and the only thing you hear is the ocean. You will definitely have to rent a golf cart and the drive to the house is steep. You will definitely get your exercise walking between the separate areas but we loved it. The grocery store is accessible by golf cart and has everything you will need. Several restaurants are close by the house by golf cart. The locals were friendly. If you want to explore the island it is easy to get a taxi and everything is approximately 30 minutes away. However, we found it difficult to leave the property. We will be back.

The Villa was 5 star. Very well appointed. Great layout. Awesome decor. Very clean. First class all the way.
The staff was awesome. Starting with the concierge in the US (Mary), to the local concierge (Medhi), housekeeping, drivers, Fabulous Feast personnel ( chef Tomas and waitress Charlotte). Just can’t say enough.

Restaurant Recommendations: Bistrot Caribes was awesome. Others like Ocean 82, Rainbow Cafe were also great.
Activity Recommendations: Xisle boat charters was great. Fabulous Feast are incredible

Nid D'amour was magnificent. House is updated, clean, comfortable, and the view is spectacular. Pool was warm (important for my husband), beds INCREDIBLY comfy, kitchen stocked. (they could update their music situation which is circa 1980, but not listening to our own music was eclipsed by views and other house comforts) As great as the house is, the real bonus of this property was the concierge, Axel, and house keeper, Paula. The two took care of our every need and curiosity and were available to us 24/7. No matter how beautiful a spot is, it's the people who truly make a vacation. They were 5 full stars.

Isle Blue could not have been easier to work with. Planning a last minute vacation and they were very accommodating on money transfers and everything. Wonderful.

Villa Comments: This is the most amazing villa that I have ever experienced!!! And yes, it is an experience. Starting with the house - all four bedrooms face the ocean and are private, each with their own bathroom and secluded patio/deck; perfect for four couples or a family. The great room and its view is breathtaking. Not to mention the infinity edge pool. Or private sandy beach. And the turquoise water... don't get me started!!! And to top it off, the villa is fully staffed! Jai, the butler, not only cleans, (don't tell anyone but he washed and folded all our laundry), but he is an incredible bartender!! We have never had better drinks, at any bar or restaurant than the ones he made for us. Can't wait to return! Thanks Bristol Bliss for an amazing vacation!
