Villa Beachcomber B4 Antigua. Set along the white sands of a private beach at Tamarind Hills in Antigua, the impressive Villa Beachcomber B4 is a wonderful find. This two-story, three-bedroom property is designed with modern style and yet is utterly welcoming with its many beautiful and comfortable interior and exterior spaces.

There are many expansive terraces, including one that sits right above the beach. This features a large, artfully designed sun deck with enormous sun beds. There is a charming private plunge pool and a large terrace where al fresco dining and outdoor cooking are easy and fun. Through the floor to ceiling glass doors you enter the coolness of the marble floored great room. An enormous, contemporary living room opens into a casual dining area and this, in turn, spills into the spacious, gourmet kitchen. You won't miss one sea breeze whether lounging, dining or cooking.

The bedrooms are divided between the main level and the upper floor. The master suite is above and offers a private terrace with sea views. This is a king suite, as is one of the lower level suites. All have large, private baths and wonderful views.

The newly completed Tamarind Hills Beach Club, situated on the very edge of Ffryes Beach, offers a great choice of dining and beverage options.
The Clubhouse Poke bar is open throughout the day, offering fresh locally sourced Poke ingredients for a light and refreshing lunch. The Clubhouse remains the perfect location to watch the sunset over the Caribbean Sea. The Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of the guests and homeowners of Tamarind Hills.
The Wild Tamarind is a full-service restaurant that embraces native influences of the Mediterranean region; from Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Turkish (Ottoman) and Greek, without forgetting the many fresh ingredients from the land and sea of the Caribbean. The experience is complete with live musicians weekly, plus special events programmed each month.
Other facilities and services:
* Gym - fully equipped comprising two treadmills, elliptical and functional trainers, recumbent bike, knee and dip stand. Plus, a selection of dumb bells.
* Swimming Pool - Infinity-edged salt water reverse osmosis treated.
* Beach facilities on Ffryes Beach include a chaise lounge, double day beds and shade, with Butler Service. Water activities comprise paddle boards and kayaks.

Fifty one weeks a year I live a pretty modest life style. But one week a year we like to travel to the Caribbean and live large. Antigua and this condo fit the bill perfectly. Very private, terrific view, and wonderful sunsets. Condo sleeps 6 but very comfortable for just two people as well. Nice kitchen, well appointed. Easy to work with the owner and manager to set up the trip, check in, check out, etc. This is also a gated community so it felt very safe (not that it's a big concern on Antigua.) Lots of restaurants and a grocery story close by. Keep in mind the Master is on the 3rd level, make sure stairs are not an issue for you or anyone in your party. If you want to live like a rock star rent Tamarind Hills 4B.

It's the first time visiting Antigua, and it wont be the last, the villa was fantastic,love it. The beach was breath taking the pool couldn't get enough of it.

We found Tamarind Hills to be a very good location for us. It is approximately 30 minutes away from the airport on the southwest side of the island. We had 2, 16 year old girls with us, our good friends from the UK, and my wife and me. The villa was the right size for all of us to move around comfortably. The ocean water is amazing - I was in the green waters within an hour of arrival. The splash pool did give us a place to enjoy each afternoon upon returning from the beaches. There is not a beach at Tamarind Hills - you need to travel by car to Darkwood Beach (you can swim to Darkwood, too) which is less than a mile away or another nearby beach at Jolly Harbour.

Our family of 5 stayed at Tamarind Hills Villas B4 for the first time visit to the amazing island of Antigua. Not only are the accommodations every bit as extraordinary as described in the previous reviews, the people and the opportunities to have the best vacation of your life are all there! I honestly cannot find one thing about these Villas or the property in general to have fault. From the moment of our arrival, after missing half our vacation due to the snowstorm cancelling all flights from the northeastern US, we felt enveloped in sunshine, warmth, kindness and the luxury of a 5-star accommodation. They provided everything we could need as well as a friendly trip to the grocery and ease of transportation as if we had a personal driver. The restaurants nearby are unbelievable, especially Sheer Rocks! The locals are all friendly and attentive. The management staff are truly amazing and made sure we could maximize our experiences even though we had a very short 4 day stay! For a family that could have chosen an all-inclusive resort, we are so happy that we chose the Tamarind Hills Villas instead. I would strongly recommend anyone traveling with a family, group of friends, or even seeking a romantic escape to paradise, to seriously consider this option. I think you, like us, will plan to be back!

Very spacious, modern and clean condo. Great view from all 3 floors. Plunge pool was very clean and right at the edge of the ocean. Beautiful beaches on both sides of the property. Easy walk to Jolly Harbour for groceries and a taxi back.

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.

Is housekeeping included? click to open

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

Is a hair dryer available? click to open

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.
